Home is where the heart is.

Good evening and Happy Friday!! I love Friday as its the end of the busy work week and time for relaxing family time at home.
I truly believe "home is where the heart is".  My heart belongs in the small village of Mt. Brydges. Our family moved here about 10 years ago and I can't see us anywhere else.  We have everything we need such as a fantastic school, library, pharmacy and so much more. What the best part is about being home is the slow pace of village living which we could not get in the big city.  We are a village that pulls together for one another and fully support our community as a whole.  I'm sure there are many cities and towns that do so as well but this is the only one I know.  We are a hockey village and we cheer on the Mt. Brydges Bulldogs. Woot Woot!!

Mt. Brydges is full of history.  A interesting page I found all about our village: http://mountbrydges.ca/

We also have some wonderful shopping to enjoy such as Cranberry Market, Bookmarks the Spot, Sew Creative and one of my favourite stores Peek a Bootique.

Peek a Bootique is a fantastic children's consignment store with so many treasures to be found.  Not only do they carry gently used clothing and toys but they also carry many new products as well.  Such as Melissa and Doug and many handmade children's accessories. This was my very 1st store to carry the Unique by Sab Handmade Children's Accessories line.  This was a very exciting time for me and it was a wonderful local store supporting a WAHM in her endeavour.  THANK YOU!! For more information on Peek a Bootique here you go: http://www.peekabootique.ca/index.html  Make sure you tell them Unique by Sab sent you.  It is worth the trip to Mt. Brydges.

Have a fantastic weekend.

Sab.
